GBRW Delivers SME CRM Training Course at EBI

03-Aug-2011 In June GBRW developed and delivered a training course for Egyptian bankers addressing the SME segment. Sponsored by the Egyptian Banking Institute, the three day course was focused on using modern approaches to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to better meet the needs of SME customers whilst improving the risk-reward profile of the portfolio.
