SME Banking Training at Egyptian Bankers Institute


In May, GBRW developed and delivered another intensive course in a long-running and popular series for Egyptian bankers addressing the SME segment. Sponsored by the Egyptian Banking Institute, the two day course was focused on using modern approaches to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to better meet the needs of SME customers whilst improving the risk-reward profile of the portfolio. The course has been running since 2011 and trained well over 100 delegates with consistently positive feedback. The course makes use of vivid case studies and interactive group work to reinforce theory through practice.
